Cargo Reno

History

Cargo is the mid-size room at 255 N. Virginia Street in the Whitney Peak Hotel. A 2026 Reno venue history notes that when the Knitting Factory left 211 N. Virginia in 2016, the Reno News & Review treated Cargo as the heir at that size, and that Cargo again absorbed shows when Virginia Street Brewhouse closed before Revenant Music Hall opened. The same account places GWAR at Cargo on November 15 after the band had previously played the Brewhouse.
