An account stores your name, username, photo, shows you went to, favorite bands and rooms, friend requests, and messages. If you join the weekly newsletter, that email is stored on the list too. The cart and notes still stay in this browser.

The phone app is a separate install with the same login. If you allow location, the app sends that point to Riff only to open the nearest city and to mention shows there. It is not sold, and it is not a constant trail of where you walked.

If advertising is turned on, Google AdSense may set a cookie to show and measure ads. That cookie belongs to Google. Riff does not sell the account list.

Show listings mix reported public tour dates with original club nights written for this guide. Band names, venue names, and artwork references belong to their owners and are used so you can find the room.
