Chef Karen Carrier opened Bar DKDC in January 2013 at 964 South Cooper Street in Cooper-Young, in the space of her former restaurant Do Sushi and Noodles. The name stands for "Don't Know, Don't Care." The intimate room pairs rotating international street food and specialty cocktails with live bands, DJs, and comedy.
