History
The Ranch Honky Tonk opened March 26, 2026, at 122 W. Washington Street in downtown Ann Arbor, a room owned by Jon Carlson of Grizzly Peak Brewing Company with partners including Greg Lobdell, Chet Czaplicka, Miguel Rueles, and Duncan William. It replaced The Den and The Cellar in a building whose Old German restaurant goes back to 1928. The first floor holds about 75. Live music runs Thursday through Sunday, with a $5 cover from 8 p.m. and a 21+ rule after 8.
