Bio

Surf Hat is a psych, surf, and indie band based in Squamish, British Columbia, started by Jon Allan and Evan Camm. The Georgia Straight says Allan is from Newfoundland and Camm from Ottawa, and that the name came from surfing in hats on a Tofino beach. Albums include the 2022 self-titled record, Surf Hat Ranch in 2024, and Modern World Blues in 2025.
