History

Wilmington music hall at 208 Market Street, opened by Jay Stephens and Charles Womack in July 2013 in the former Manor Theater, a movie house from Dec. 4, 1941 until 1985. The StarNews reported a wraparound balcony, a license around 740 to 750, and a roots-rock-reggae booking policy carried over from Stephens's Winston-Salem Ziggy's. Sold in July 2016 and renamed the Throne Theater.
