Wheeler Walker

Bio

Wheeler Walker Jr. is the outlaw-country alter ego of comedian, actor, and writer Benjamin Isaac Hoffman, who was born in Lexington, Kentucky. Wikipedia says Hoffman first tried the character on his Comedy Central series The Ben Show in 2013, then released the album Redneck Shit on February 12, 2016, through Thirty Tigers and Pepper Hill Records. That record hit Billboard’s country and comedy album charts at once. The songs are deliberately too explicit for mainstream country radio, played straight as honky-tonk rather than as sketch comedy.
