EMMMA is an alt-pop singer who was raised in Westport, Connecticut, and is now based in London. Press from Scottish Music Network and Notion says she started violin at age two, later played piano and did local musical theatre, and grew up hearing Joni Mitchell, Carole King, and James Taylor. Her debut EP Secondary Character was followed in October 2025 by Wednesday’s Child, six co-written songs led by “Cards.” She has had BBC Radio 1 support and opened for Pale Waves in the UK and Ireland.
