The Ozark Mountain Daredevils
Springfield

Bio
The Ozark Mountain Daredevils are a country-rock band that began in Springfield, Missouri, in the early 1970s. The early lineup included John Dillon, Steve Cash, Michael “Supe” Granda, Larry Lee, Buddy Brayfield, and Randle Chowning. Their 1973 debut on A&M, often called the Quilt album, yielded “If You Wanna Get to Heaven,” and “Jackie Blue” followed in 1975. The songs fold rock, country, and bluegrass into close harmony. Dillon and Granda still lead the band, which continues to play those hits on stage.
